Our team of trained designers operates from a 15,000 sq ft factory in Wareham, Dorset, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including four CNC routers and two edgebanding machines. We specialise in creating flat-pack camper van furniture that precisely fits the contours of your vehicle, using 3D CAD modelling and in-house CNC production to ensure precision, durability, and a clean, modern aesthetic.Our product range includes full furniture kits for VW T4-T6, Ford Transit, Sprinter, Crafter, and other models, alongside appliances, hardware, and lightweight plywood. We offer customisation options for finishes and minor modifications, with lead times ranging from 1-2 weeks for small parts to 4-5 weeks for complete kits. Our facility welcomes visitors during weekday hours and Saturday mornings by appointment, and we provide comprehensive support via email and phone for customers nationwide.

With two decades of experience at London design consultancies, Jon established Evo Motion Design in 2007 to combine smart thinking with robust manufacturing. He leads product development from our Dorset facility, ensuring technical precision and aesthetic quality in every furniture kit.
Questions
What is the typical lead time for furniture kits?
Small parts take 1-2 weeks, T5/T6 kits 3-4 weeks, and Sprinter/Crafter kits 4-5 weeks. Lead times may vary with finish selections.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship to UK addresses due to kit size and support requirements. We do not deliver to the USA.
Can I customise standard furniture kits?
We can make minor modifications like uncut worktops or door removals. Full custom designs aren't available but we sell materials for self-modifications.
Are left-hand drive conversions possible?
Yes, we can adapt any unit for left-hand drive vehicles. Please specify this requirement in your order notes at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards through our secure online payment system.
Do you offer installation services?
We provide showroom assistance for self-installation but don't offer full installation services. Our kits include detailed assembly instructions.
