A team from Broadley Aquatics made a wildlife pond for us in our garden this month. The price was good and the work done on time, neatly and efficiently. The resulting pond looks fantastic so hopefully the frogs etc will find it soon. Highly recommend this company.

Decided to get the professionals in to do a job i've been putting off for a few years now and I am so glad I found Broadley Aquatics. Matt came and visited to review the work and gave me a price where as other companies didn't bother and just gave me a budget cost. Nikki and Charlie arrived at the agreed date and got straight into the task of removing the fish, emptying the pond of water before the big clean of removing years of mud and sludge.

I cannot say enough good words about those two and how they cracked on with what can only be described as a pond cleaning nightmare. I am VERY pleased with the end result, the pond looks amazing and I am sure the fish are equally happy!

I used Broadley Aquatics to redesign a large 20m diameter concrete pond that was cracked and leaking. I was apprehensive about finding a firm to do such a large job, but I shouldn't have worried. The whole team were professional, polite and so very tidy. The finished project fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

A great place for aquarium and pond products, plants and fish. The staff are friendly and helpful. It also has some lovely ponds outside to drool over! The shop is inside Badshot Lea Graden Centre so it's also great for browsing the shop and visiting the cafe!

Having decided a number of years ago to build a pond in our garden, experience with two previous badly failed attempts has clearly demonstrated that Broadley Aquatics were the only company to use and came admirably to our rescue. Their team who attended our garden over 3 weeks could not have been more professional and enthusiastic and we are absolutely delighted with their beautiful creation in our garden.

Our fairly large wildlife pond (45,000l) needed a good clear out after 4 years and a new rock water feature installed in it. Matt and the team did a fantastic job in challenging conditions (it was -6C overnight)! Their attention to detail was great, even finding and keeping the smallest of fish and taking a jet wash to the liner and rocks. The guys on the team were tidy, friendly and helpful, and we are delighted with the result.

We are very impressed with the service provided by Broadley Aquatics. Our pond was badly neglected and hadn't been cleaned for nearly 17 years. We thought it might actually be beyond repair but in just a day and a half they drained and cleaned it and reintroduced the plants and wildlife, and it now looks wonderful. The team at Broadley Aquatics have just finished a splendid job renovating our garden pond. They replaced the stone surround, drained and cleaned the pond and replanted it. Lee and the team were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were knowledgable, friendly, polite, considerate and worked very hard. Very neat and tidy, kept us informed at all times and come up with some fantastic suggestions and ideas. And they had a great sense of humour! What more can you ask?

I would recommend this company because they go the extra mile to accommodate one's needs. Professional, reasonably-priced and with highly-personable staff. Our pond had an overhaul in 2014 and an electric Heron fence this month. The pond has benefitted both functionally and aesthetically. They pride themselves on forging a good relationship with the client.

This is reflected in how well-looked after I was by Matt and Emma. Craig did a great job fitting the fence. Many thanks guys and nice to know our future pond needs are tended to by such a reliable team.

These guys have just rebuilt my pond over the last couple of weeks, in Teddington. My pond was about seventeen years old and beyond repair. Did a great job, kept me informed throughout and worked hard to get it exactly as I wanted. Matt and all of the team were very professional and so easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will use again in future.
