Had a washing machine problem and phoned Craig to check it out. He is up front regarding the costs, and once agreed he came to check the machine. He determined the problem and explained what was wrong very clearly (to both my parents, who were very impressed with his polite manner). He promptly fixed the problem, as soon as the required part arrived. I will use him again.
