STA Electrical is a trading name for STA Group LTD. Whilst we are a family run business we supply a vast array of clients, from multinational Hotel Groups, exporters, national companies, places of worship, numerous electrical contractors and installers and also the public. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer experience, whether that be an online purchase or in store. We are able to supply full lighting CAD diagrams, with 3D renders through the use of our professional design time, whether it be a warehouse or educational facility, all our designs met regulations.

6.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of receiving the goods. In relation to goods delivered to you, if the goods are already in our delivery process, you may need to accept delivery of the goods before you can cancel your order. 6.2 Any goods ordered as a special item cannot be returned, this includes, but is not limited to cut cables, made to measure blinds, non-stock items.
