The showroom is open six days a week. We are always looking to improve the displays, which means that the displays are constantly evolving. This includes many working bays to illustrate different showering experiences, bathroom lighting and even a working wetroom display. I came across the Surrey Bathroom Studio purely by chance (I drove past). After receiving less than enthusiastic service from other bathroom showrooms it was a breath of fresh air to walk in and feel all the worries of designing and selecting products for my three bathrooms was taken away.

We have just done up our bathroom and bought all our sanitary ware, shower accessories, taps, tiles, and flooring from Surrey Bathroom studio for the simple reason that the service and advice we got when we visited the show room was excellent. Martin was very helpful on both visits, understanding our needs and budget, making suggestions, tactfully challenging some of the choices we were making (and he was right), and ensuring that we hadn't left anything out. the after sales service was also very good. The plumber had to talk to the showroom on a couple of occasions during installation, and a replacement for a defective part was sent out immediately. There were a couple of hiccups in the initial delivery with 2 items missing, but that was quickly rectified. We are very happy with the end result.
