One of my little ones thought it would be a good idea to use my blue ray DVD player disc tray as a toy and broke the tray, I was going to get a new system as I thought I would not be repairable, never used any tech repairers before but Paul was great and managed to fix my machine, dropped it in on Saturday and he had it fixed by Monday, great service, nice guy and reasonably priced, will use again if I ever need tech help and highly recommended, thanks Paul
