We provide concrete ferro scanning as a stand alone specialist service - providing a fast, accurate and cost effective solution to radar detection for reinforcement bars, structural supports and concrete faults. We can provide all the necessary equipment and a highly experienced operator on site. We can deliver a fast, accurate concrete ferro scanning report in 2D or fully realised 3D imaging. This will show exactly what lies beneath the surface of cured concrete, up to a depth of up to 350mm. Centrally based, we provide concrete ferro scanning services to specifiers, engineers and architects working on demolition, refurbishment and engineering projects across the whole of the UK.

The Brokk, a tracked machine, is a remotely controlled robot that offers safer methods of demolition and has the ability to reduce the time it takes to safely remove walls, floors, staircases and other structures. The robot exerts a force of between 22 and 69 tonnes depending on the size of the machine used to crush and reduce the hardest of concrete into manageable pieces with virtually no vibration or noise. The Brokk can be used in sensitive or dangerous locations and confined spaces and has the ability to enter buildings through a single door opening.

The piston is forced inwards against the concrete within the crusher frame, exerting a force of up to 30 tonnes. The concrete breaks, exposing any reinforcement contained within the structure. The system operates silently and creates no dust or vibration. The crusher is adjustable to allow removal of sections of brickwork and concrete from 125 mm to 320 mm thick. You can rely on our highly experienced team to deliver workmanship of the highest standards.

A traffic detector loop is a sub surface detection system that can identify the presence, movement and speed of a vehicle. Detector Loops are mainly used at security barriers and gates, at traffic signals and pedestrian crossings and on major roads and motorways. Our teams of installers are trained to the highest health and safety standards each of our installers are Sector 8 Approved, NRSWA and CSCS registered. We are able to offer a complete service of traffic management planning, installation and maintenance, vehicle detector loop installation, testing and commissioning.

We offer a range of tactile paving carpets which are fully compliant to the building regulations and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). Gone are the times when the installation of tactile paving would take days of noisy breaking, footpaths being closed and the air full of dust. With our new system the tactile paving is bonded to the existing surface before an anti slip finish is applied, providing a low maintenance solution. Installation takes just hours, not days, corners and curves can be cut round and existing manholes can be part or fully covered without the need to replace them.

We partner with a number of specialists in the access, materials handling and waste management sector to offer complete removal packages. With our shared expertise we are able to carefully remove elements of any structure without disruption. Redundant materials are then removed from the area and disposed of in a safe, environmentally friendly process. Complete Removal Packages - Working with electric and hydraulic powered machines we are able to offer a quiet alternative to demolition. Our removal methods ensure that the buildings and facilities we work in can continue to function throughout the time that work is being carried out.

Hand sawing refers to the lighter duty use of diamond blades in hand-held power saws and chain type saws. Hand sawing provides portability, speed and accessibility at construction sites. Typical applications include sawing concrete pipes to length, creating openings in concrete walls, floors and ceilings and eliminating overcuts associated with other types of sawing. Diamond tipped circular blades can cut to a depth of 250mm whereas depths of 600 mm can be achieved with a diamond chain saw.

Diamond Core drilling is used when precise, circular cuts are required. Holes from 6 mm to 1500 mm diameter can be drilled to form openings usually for plumbing, electrical or mechanical engineering applications. Electric or hydraulic drilling rigs can be utilised for drilling in sensitive locations or confined spaces. They are light and manoeuvrable to guarantee easy mobility and flexibility. Core drilling is also used to create holes for anchor bolts and taking concrete samples for analysis. You can rely on our highly experienced team of drillers to deliver workmanship of the highest standards.

We offer a complete service. Traffic management planning, installation and maintenance, vehicle detector loop installation, testing and commissioning. Our civil engineering teams routinely install traffic signal poles, ducting, chambers and controllers. We install complete traffic signal and pedestrian crossing facilities including associated civils works.

A floor saw is a self propelled, walk behind machine with a shaft that drives a diamond cutting blade. The floor saw, as its name suggests, is typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as floors, bridge decks and slabs usually to facilitate the removal of pavement and structural sections. It is also used to cut expansion joints or to induce cracks. Our highly experienced floor sawing engineers are also experienced in track sawing and wire sawing. You can rely on our highly experienced team to deliver workmanship of the highest standards.
