Dave is exactly as he promotes himself - efficient, reliable and keenly priced. I spoke to him about my daughter's washing machine and he was there within a few hours. Very knowledgeable, located and explained the problem within seconds, no sales pitch. Happy daughter & happy mother. Will most definitely use again as treasures like this are few and far between.
