Great service. Was recommended by local village Facebook group. Michael was able to come next day, was on-time, and was reassuring introducing himself and explaining what he was doing. Scratching noise heard from loft space (from wasps in the nest) has now gone, and wasps no longer seen where they were entering the house where the insecticide was applied from outside. I've left other wasp nests found outside to die off naturally in the past, but it was a relief and money well spent to have them removed from the loft.

Requested an appointment this week for a large wasp nest in our shed. Received a reply almost straight away with an appointment for the next day. The nest was dealt with swiftly and efficiently in a friendly reassuring manner. Would definitely highly recommend.
