I am a freelance designer with 40 years experience, from contracts management through to senior designer. I have worked with thousands of clients to help them create the garden they want. I have been a fellow of the Society of Garden Designers since 1986, which provides a professional framework for you as the client. I grew up on a small nursery spending holidays watering bedding plants rather than kicking a ball about. Coming from a family of nurserymen gave me a solid start in the industry and I progressed through landscape construction and contractor management before finding my role as a designer.
