Unfortunately they were not able to fully fix my device however they gave me plenty of options and the communication process was good. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs, will certainly be using their service again
Absolutely dreadful customer service. I ordered 2 Siemens drives off them one of them got lost in transit the other came a week later than expected. I had to accept a refurbished model for the one they lost but only paid 20% less than the price of a new model. I currently have a drive for repair with them for a month and still no sign of getting it back. They ignore your emails and when you call you just get excuses.
