Eleanor brought my vision to life! We hired SVL to hang lanterns in the barn at Blaithwaite House for our wedding reception. Absolutely loved our lanterns and the service was so friendly and professional. Absolutely recommended
During organising my wedding we were looking for a room dresser and found SVL. Eleanor contacted us and provided a back and forth between us. She was really good and prompt at replying to start with. We met Eleanor at the venue to discuss what we wanted, she measured up the hall and discussed our ideas and said she would come back to us with a quote by the weekend (4 days time). This is where our experience turned. No quote was forthcoming by the weekend. I tried to contact the company several times via phone, both company landline and Eleanor's mobile, and email but had no response. Not even an apology to say they couldn't do the event. It left us in a lurch with many companies now fully booked at short notice (3 months), we have had to scrape around to try and find someone to dress the room for our special day. It was a complete shock that we had regular contact and then nothing. This caused us an insane amount of stress when we felt we had someone sorted to dress the room and then get no contact. It was a big and disappointing let down that could have ruined our day.
