I use all 3 venues from time to time - always a great variety of activity on both run by WV Active and visiting companies both during term time and school holidays.
Been to a Gym induction at 12pm today. I think she said her name was Olivia. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. She showed us nearly every machine and asked several times if we had any questions. She was really informative not just showing us how to use the machines but advising us how to get the most out of using them. As a bit of a newbie it was great to have advice as well as instructions for machines. Left feeling quite confident to start using it on Friday.
Commication is awful. Must have rang about 5 times for private 1-2-1 swimming lessons. Promised a call back which never happened. The receptionist was rude and had no interest in what i had to say. Ill only recommend as its cheap but other than that the service was dreadful. ( central WV active )
