The fitter installing my new oak panel doors lost 2 sets of the door handle 2 part fixing screws. I emailed Carisle Brass asking if I could purchase 2 replacment sets. I received a reply within hours requesting the model of door handle and my details. A couple of days later 2 replacement sets of fixing arrived by courier, no payment was requested. Excellent customer service backing up a quality product.

I bought a Carlisle Brass magnetic latch a couple of months ago, which developed a slight problem. Within a couple of hours of emailing the company, I'd got a response from their marketing department who sent out a replacement by return. That's been fitted, and works a treat.
