Collyers Nurseries is a family-run plant nursery and garden centre established in 1938, located on the outskirts of Derbyshire. Our nursery was founded by the late Eric Collyer during the Dig for Victory campaign, initially providing food for the local community before evolving into a specialist in roses, ornamental shrubs, and trees. With over 87 years of continuous family ownership, we remain committed to offering high-quality plants, expert horticultural advice, and exceptional customer service. Our extensive range includes 3,000+ plant varieties, from Japanese Maples to fruit trees, alongside a dedicated on-site cafe serving ethically sourced coffee and homemade food. We pride ourselves on combining traditional values with modern sustainability practices, including peat-free compost sourcing and local delivery services within a 10-mile radius.

Our team of 35+ experienced professionals, including nursery managers and horticultural experts, provides tailored guidance to help customers achieve their gardening goals. The addition of PipTree Cafe in 2015 enhances our visitor experience with six dining areas, seasonal menus, and dog-friendly facilities.
