Kevin, the manager at Soak personally takes all the stock to site and a final inventory is done to make sure you have everything on site. The Fitting team has the Site Drawing, product inventory sheet and another sheet signed by you the customer, which details specific work to be carried out. You will receive a follow up phone call a few weeks later to make sure you are absolutely happy with your new bathroom.
