Adam and Ella, our Directors, live as well as work in Herne Bay, so they know what local means. Adam has over thirty years experience in the Plumbing and Heating trade, and he's worked for all the major nationals. Every time he moved the customers would follow him so we decided to open up on our own in Herne Bay where there was a demand for a quality-oriented local business. Ella looks after the organisational and financial side of the business. We started small with just Adam and Ella, and have built up the staff numbers as we've got busier.
