Steve has just serviced my boiler. It's a 6 year old combi that's been in my house from new. I'm a proper girl and know nothing about these things. He's shown me how to sort the pressure out (I've always wondered what the silver pipe was hanging on the door of the cupboard) and he was even good enough to fit a new lightbulb for me (as I was too scared to do it myself!) I will definitely be using Steve for my annual service and will recommend him to others :)
