I purchased a colt chimney cowel which was dispatced promptly, dissap ointingly the clamping bolts were missing from the box. A replacement fixing kit was again promptly dispatched and yet again clamping bolts were not sent. This means I will need to make additional 40 mile round trip back to site specifically to fit cowel. This makes your cowel very expensive
