It is very important to keep your guttering and downpipes clear and free running in order that they function correctly. Over time gutters can gather dry leaves, collect moss, birds drop vegetation/objects into them and sometimes dislodged slates or tiles can become trapped. If too much unwanted materials gather in the gutter, it will reduce the amount of water draining away, this in turn can cause excess rainwater to overspill out of the sides of the gutter onto the exterior walls of your property and can make your property damp, cause expensive repairs to the masonry, pointing and brickwork or repainting of fascias and soffits.
If you are repeatedly experiencing Blocked or Overflowing Drains we can help you to find a permanent solution. Unfortunately there are occasions where drains repeatedly block and it could be because the drain has collapsed or tree roots have grown through the pipework. CleanCo have the equipment and expertise to provide you with a thorough Drain Survey. Our CCTV Inspection System will provide you with a Digital Video File or DVD that shows you the condition of your drains, letting you see what the problem is without going to the expense of excavating your pipework - this is probably the quickest, most cost effective and least disruptive way of finding out the true condition of your drains and sewers.
Drains are expertly unblocked by our fully trained drainage engineers using High Pressure Jetting Units. This clears bad odours, debris, baby wipes, build ups of grease and other obstructions in the drain leaving a free flowing drain. We can often retrieve drain rods which have come apart when rodding and are stuck in a drain. If we feel the cause of your drain blockage is due to something that may cause repeated blockages such as tree roots or broken pipework we will suggest carrying out a CCTV Drain Survey & Appropriate Repairs.
For those areas which are difficult to reach by ladder or scaffolding tower, we can supply a variety of Access Platforms with a trained Operator to assist you with all sorts of high level work - inspections, painting, repairs to roofs, chimneys, windows and fascias, in fact, many areas which appear to be inaccessible. We are able to carry out inspections to the inside of chimneys, useful where a chimney has been out of use and a client wishes to reinstate it, following chimney fires or when there may be a problem with a chimney - for example, when a chimney is being swept and the chimney sweep thinks there is an issue with the lining.
The cleaning of surfaces by high pressure washing is a low cost highly effective system for removing build ups of dirt, bird mess, moss, unsightly weeds, flaking paint and other foreign substances from many hard surfaces. Over time all of these surfaces can become slippery, hazardous or unattractive. We can enhance these areas by high pressure washing, often resulting in 'as new' condition without the use of any chemicals. We also offer a re-sanding service to fill the joints between loc bloc with kiln dried sand to prevent weed regrowth and can also treat with a water sealer to prevent the mono/lock block becoming porous over time.
