Extension, Interior Alterations & New Kitchen in Gonville Avenue - Rob was recommended to me by a friend as a builder who was professional, efficient and friendly and I totally endorse these comments. Rob, Andy and Les were punctual, hardworking and let me know the timescale of what was happening enabling me to organise with less disruptions. They kept to the timescale and the budget. I felt totally comfortable to ask them anything and they were never too busy to discuss plans. I am thrilled by my extension which is warm and light just as Rob promised. Extension and New Kitchen in Lime Tree Walk - Our association with Brading Construction goes back 27 years. Having successfully completed two previous extensions for us we had no hesitation in contacting Rob to discuss the possibility of renewing the relationship for our latest project. Things went very well from the outset. We were delighted to be able to separately employ Emma Brading (www.embarcdesign.co.uk) to undertake the design process and secure planning and building regs approvals in a very efficient manner. Construction works started on the agreed date. Rob, Andy and Les undertook all the works diligently and to a high standard, always making sure that our property and the adjacent public highway was kept clean and tidy at all times. We were pleased that Brading Construction only used local subcontractors that were well known to them and who were prepared to work to the same high standards as Rob and Andy. The work was finished on time, on budget and to our complete satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brading Construction to possible future customers.
