Dave has done a fantastic job on my Victorian farmhouse renovation and extension. He has always been punctual and professional and even worked weekends to keep the project on schedule when we had to make some changes. He is very knowledgeable and experienced giving me great confidence in his work on our period property. Id recommend him for any building work but especially for anything complicated where you want to know its done right. Thanks Dave!

Rick and I will always be extremely grateful to Dave for his excellent service as a first class builder. Dave has helped us to construct our beautiful new home by turning his hand to many other things alongside being responsible for our building work. He helped us with ordering our materials and to find excellent contractors re plastering, slating, carpentry etc.. he has built our patio, helped with our utilities and he also got involved with our steel work (basically any issue that proved difficult to us as self builders). Dave is a perfectionist and we have received many complements from our contractors and inspectors about the outstanding quality of his work. We would 100% recommend Dave to anyone and would give a lot more than a 5 star review if it were possible. Thank you Dave!

Mr Reynolds looked at a project with a view to carrying out the build. He showed enthusiasm and following a site visit said he was very interested. From there he commited to coming back with a price for the client within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, 2 phone calls and a text, he then replied with a text saying he was not interested. He has wasted the clients time and should have been more honest from the start.
