We have been members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen since 1985, during which time the guild has never received a single complaint through their complaints procedure from any of our customers and details of our guarantee is described in the Warranties section. You can be assured that at Trowbridge Windows, we never use the cheaper recycled PVCu for our frames as this material discolours and degrades - a condition that is widespread and a major problem for many homeowners.
