What can I say! I love these these guys! Liked the fact there's also a woman very much included in the operation, that will be Kat, Leon's wife. All the boys were polite, respectful and hard working. Leon the boss man always in and out or at the end of a telephone if needed. I run my business from home so was amongst the building work the entire time, what would have been an extremely stressful time, ran very smoothly and I didn't kill one person! Nothing was too much trouble, they tidied up everyday even though at times I told them not to, Alex even swept my lawn! I would never recommend another builder now I've used Grant Builders and anyone looking to have work done would be foolish to use anyone else! Even my neighbours found them great! So a massive thank you to Leon, Kat, Ryan, Alex, Lee, Jake and Carl for creating my "amazing space"
Absolutely AMAZING. Just finished our 2 storey wrap around extension. Could not recommend more, we were very worried about choosing a builder but from the very beginning to way past the end Grant Builders have been fantastic. Made absolutely comfortable from the initial quote to ensuring we are satisfied with everything. Finished early with no compromise on quality which is outstanding. Team of workers were brilliant, friendly, polite, helpful and very punctual. We were kept informed all the way through build as to next steps, all our questions immediately answered. I had no hesitation about leaving keys and going to work. Workers were SO tidy, and cleaned up every day! We have recommended to many friends who are snapping them up. Kat and Leon would be my first choice for any future work and we can't wait to have them back again to do the kitchen and bathroom I only hope that they are not now so busy they can't fit us in. Cannot recommend enough.
We are delighted with our bedroom and ensuite extension. Leon and Katherine are both friendly and professional, the building team were excellent both in the quality of their work and their attention to detail. We decided to go for an Oak open tread stair case with lights underneath each stair which creates a lovely ambient light in the evening

The false wall with tiled feature has become a 'thing' for us! This is the third time we've used it and I think it works really well here. Love this open living space. It works brilliantly for our family!
Leon does most of the design but this kitchen was all me! And I'm so happy with it! I must admit I was worried the colour wasn't right as we had deliberated for a long time over it. I wanted a bank of charcoal including the splash back. A lot of people run the worktop up the back but that wasn't.
What a year it's been! Thankfully we've had our renovation project to distract us from what's been going on in the world. Started in June and we managed to move in before Christmas Thanks to the Grant Builders team for all their hard work through this difficult time. We're loving our new home and.
