FastFlow Rendering

Liquid screed is a more cost efficient way of getting a perfectly level floor with minimum fuss. The easy to pour material offers many advantages over traditional sand and concrete, and it perfect for homes using underfloor heating thanks to it's thermal insulation qualities. Applied using our state of the artPulitzer Worm Pump, liquid screed can be laid quickly and efficiently, often at rates up to100m2in just 45 minutes. It creates a stronger, more durable surface than traditional screed, meaning less is needed and it can be laid at a lower depth.

In short spray rendering is quicker and better quality. That means we can render houses in less time without compromising on the final finish. So you benefit from a competitive quote, high quality finish and less inconvenience at home. We apply monocouche render (through coloured render), which is pre-mixed to the correct colour. This is added to our state of the art Putzmeister Worm Pump, which has a fantastic fast flow rate, allowing us to quickly apply monocouche render. The Worm Pump is also ideal for applying liquid screed, which is suitable for new builds and extensions, where underfloor heating is preferred.
