We are an established, family run painting and decorating company based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Our work takes us across Hertfordshire and London. With a wealth of experience, we are rightly proud of the reputation we have built over the last 40 years. Our story begins in 1975 when C Day & Son Ltd was founded by Chris. In1995his son Paul joined the teamand subsequentlyachievedan NVQ level2 qualification in painting and decorating. Since then the businesshas gone from strength to strength; and as a result we havebecome one of the areas most successful painting and decorating companies.
We've just had the exterior of our house painted. Really happy with the result. Very high quality and a pleasure to deal with. It was also the most competitive quote I received. Would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend using this company - Paul, Chris and Nick were all very professional, friendly, tidy and punctual. They went above and beyond to achieve a very high quality finish - particularly on some tricky banisters. Excellent communication by e mail from the office to answer questions before the work started.

We hung this mural wallpaper on one of our jobs last week. It certainly helped to take our mind off the snow and freezing temperatures. Let's hope it's not too long before the sun makes an appearance again!
