What they have done to improve this place in less than a year is amazing. It's so beautiful, food is delicious and presented well (cake to die for) I have just had my garden done and have got my inspiration here. Beautiful flower/ plant displays and I think the quality of the plants sold here has improved too. Today we bought a garden hose! They do so much! And everyone is so helpful! Not just an eatery

I can not agree with Louise on her point. My wife and I have been going to what was called Arturies for the past 8 to 10 years and have never found a problem. The staff have always been friendly a nd welcoming. The day in mention, we were sat in the new section and were asked to move because there were a lot of mother's and babies there. They were originally seated on the long table next to the kitchen corridor.
This caused a massive logistics problem because there were three fairly large 'buggies' and the waiting staff could not get through. This is when we were asked to move! The place was very busy that day and I felt so sorry for the staff having to try and seat everybody.

Terrible service which was a shame as actually the food was very good. Sadly the majority of your staff let you down with their terrible customer service. This establishment is not child friendly!do not be fooled by the fact there are high chairs available. I would not recommend this place to anyone with children! Avoid!
