Having paid a deposit for work to be done, we changed our mind, and asked if the deposit could be put towards a different job. We were told (by Bill himself) to contact BR Fencing to arrange a new time for Bill to come and look at the new job. Despite repeated calls over 3 months, I have now been informed that the deposit has been lost because the job was cancelled, and Bill is not honouring his original commitment to supply items for the new job.
