We were recomended to Aspire by our carpenter who was building a garden room for us, and we were not dissapointed. From the initial meeting to the completion of the work the company, and especially John Small, and the lads that came to install the doors on one of the wettest days of the year, have been excellent. The Bifolds are amazing. They look so good, and when they open and close they sound solid and beautifully made. I don't usually write reviews but Aspire have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Choosing Aspire Bifold has been our biggest regret. When things go wrong they can’t be relied on.
Our home looks awful due to their poor work, we’ve been chasing them for almost 2 years.
And it appears they have been doing this to other clients.
We are having to go through our credit card company to resolve the issues Aspire have left us with.
We’ve been renovating our home, working with many companies and Aspire have caused the most issues, stress and additional cost.
We found them to be disorganised and have very poor communication.
Their 20 year warranty appears false as they don’t complete the work or repairs.
As you can see from the images the quality of their work is poor.
We’ve been left with poorly installed window frames letting in cold air through 2 winters, broken window sill that collects water, handle that don’t work and several cracked/damaged finishes.
They had months of delays partly due to the pandemic and partly due to Aspire, where Aspire really failed was in knowing anything about what was going on. They ignored our calls/emails and had little information when we did make contact causing huge issues and costs with our build.
We had to get information directly from Aspire’s own supplier because Aspire were so disorganised and had so little knowledge on the situation.
We were incredibly understanding and accommodating with Aspire due to our supportive builders who were very flexible in dealing with the issues caused by Aspire.
More than a year later we are still being ignored with work and damage still outstanding from the original install and we still don’t have our FENSA certificate.
