This residential project in Surrey was completed in 2009. We were employed as the electrical sub-contractor under a design & build contract and were tasked with installing the complete electrical installation including intruder alarms, fire alarms, AV infrastructure linked to a sophisticated lighting control system and the controls for the mechanical installation. The lighting was carefully chosen from Delta Light UK who assisted us in ensuring that compliance with Part L of the building regulations was achieved.
