Utterly appalled by the service We have received from O'Briens. We have been using them for 4 years to service our aga and boiler. Not overly reliable at the best of times but this last couple of weeks has been a joke. Changing work schedules so could be here for when they turn up for the boiler service and they don't turn up and don't have the decency to keep me informed. As for the Aga service, we asked for an afternoon slot so as the chimney sweep was coming in the morning and they turned up first thing. We have never had a good experience with O'briens and will no longer be giving them our business! I would avoid them!
Just had our 50+ yr old Aga re-furnished by the wonderful people at O'Briens. Looks amazing! Re-enamelled in French Gray, all new internals, tops and flue. So pleased with result and good to know we've done our bit to carry on the history of it. From the team in the office to Ian and his crew, always first class, friendly and honest work.
