If you're stuck in the US with the dreaded Euro-Cylinder (i.e. most new construction Chicago homes over the past 15 years fit this description), these guys can provide you with excellent replacements fitting most Best sections, including some of the WX sections. Total lifesavers. They also distribute the Best interchangeable core products that are very similar to a Euro Cylinder, but require a bit more retrofitting of your door (i.e. get the Dremel and plan to be creative for a while).
