Since starting in 1998 as a main contractor PAH Building & Maintenance Ltd expanded and evolved into two companies, PAH Building & Maintenance Ltd & PAH Building & Construction Ltd, carrying out works on a range of projects from 20,000 to 3.5 Million. As of 2017 all trading and services are being offered and undertaken by PAH Building & Construction Ltd. Our team has been a dedicated provider to the construction industry for over 15 years we pride ourselves on our levels of service. We are NHBC, SAFE Contractor and CHAS accredited.

The original company PAH Building & Maintenance Ltd was started in 1998 as a main contractor with project values ranging from £20,000 to £3,500,000 and our management team have combined experience of some 50 years in this field. Since our incorporation, we have worked for a variety of private and blue chip commercial clients, surveyors, loss adjustors and insurance companies. Since 2017 all trading is undertaken by PAH Building and Construction Ltd who have developed an enviable reputation for works on complex projects, prestigious damaged homes for high nett worth clients, new build homes and complex commercial projects alongside continuing to offer the experience and services from the original company.
