Mick and Bernie (of B&M Clark, pictured left to right respectively) were presented to The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh when opening the Commemorative Sculpture, as it signifies the three great influences of Royalty, Rivers and The Church that have influenced the success of Winchester, the Historic Capital of England. Established in 1978 by brothers Bernie & Mick Clarkthey werejoined in 2013 by Chartered Builder Dave Clements.
