Worst customer service I have ever came across. Booked the parcel, wait all day long for courier for collection but courier never turned up, never rang the door bell or contact on phone. When contacted the customer service I have been told that I will get charged 7.89 for unsuccessful collection attempt which has never been made. Requested refund which has not been processed since a week. I ended up contacting PayPal resolution center to get my refund. will never use this service ever again and Strictly NOT RECOMMENDED.
