We had a new boiler installed and some bathroom fittings replaced. Everything went perfectly. Ollie turned up on the dot every day and went out of his way to minimise disruption and keep everything tidy - which really took the stress out of having work done. There was no pressure (pardon the pun!) when quoting the works and the price did not change once agreed.

Just moved into a new flat that had an old boiler and gravity fed system, odm plumbing removed and replaced with combi boiler. All work done to match quote, on time and with no mess. Would recommend!
