We visited The Cheshunt Bathroom Centre late on a Saturday afternoon simply because they were the only outlet open near us and we needed some ideas on our bathroom renovation.
John let us browse through the shop freely allowing us to ask questions and never pushed us to buy anything. When we finally sat down with him (it was very near to closing time) he patiently brought out his library of brochures and started placing post it stickers on the pages that we had discussed, not once pushing us in any direction, casually offering a discount on any of the printed prices. We finally left with our car full of literature and a good vibe about our experience along with a quote of items that interested us. As the weeks flew by and our installer’s arrival date imminent, we finally returned to place our order with a promise of a two day delivery date.
Everything arrived on time and the end result was excellent.
We would highly recommend a visit to the store and not bother comparing prices online or looking elsewhere as their word is their bond and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Its being great pleasure to buy all our bathroom range from The Cheshunt Bathroom Centre. Ian helped us a lot throughout our selections and was always helpful which made everything much easier.
We were never pushed to leave deposit, nor make payment. The delivery went ahead smoothly and on the date & time promised.
We strongly recommend buying from The Cheshunt Bathroom Centre as the bathroom qualities are great & their excellent customer service made our purchase experience up-to the highest standards.
We will definitely re-buy from them if we need any bathroom furniture or items in the future.
