Here's the problem with using re-claimed flooring, although when the timber is Opepe we don't have a choice. I repaired and sanded this floor 10 years ago, and it still looked good but the repaired areas had shrunk slightly. Luckily the new owner had been given my number and I was able to restore the floor to its former glory.
