My dog Bella (bernese mountain) has been a regular at st elmo's for a all 9 years. The staff are really professional and friendly, the treatment our dogs have had has been life saving and outstanding! I highly recommend St Elmo to anybody with pets. Keep up the great work!

Today was our 2nd visit to the vets with my labcross Angel she hurt her left Dueclaw The staff at this vets were all so friendly and kind to both me and Angel that makes all the difference when you go to the vets This really is a good vets that cares more about the Animals health and wellbeing they make sure to take there time check the animal As my old vets in strabane were just as dry on visits and only worried about money and could not get you out the door quick enough I would just like to say big thank you to all the staff at st elmos vets we are very happy now to be with your clinic
