Bought King size bed frame and one of the screws wouldn't tighten, so I rang them up and offered advice to fix it but if it didn't work then a new part would be ordered. Fix didn't work but got new bit for bed within 2 days. Excellent customer service and they are very friendly too. Definitely recommend
