We are a family owned multi-award winning construction company operating acrossthe East Midlands and South Yorkshire. Since we were founded in 1946 we have grown steadily from a turnover of 200,000 to over 49m today. Woodhead Improve offers three work streams, with experience of delivering projects in awide range of complex environments. Woodhead Improvehas asafe and low impact approach to project delivery. Minor worksincludes the general enhancement ofthe built environmentfrom car parking resurfacing works and window replacement schemes, energy efficiency upgrades and statutory planned servicing including boilers andfire alarms tomaintain building compliance. We work with our customers to minimise impact to the day to day running of their premises.

Woodhead Living delivers in the region of 300 homes per year through programmes of work, frameworks and competitive tenders. We are rethinking housing by working collaboratively with customers, architects and consultants to build better homes. This means we build to high quality standards such as LifeTime homes and Secure by Design. Woodhead Living also delivers other highly sustainable innovative projects up to BREEAM Excellent. This includes the Forestry Commission's First BREEAM Excellent Project, Hicks Lodge.
