Would highly recommend this 'Family Team'. They recently finished refurbishing our kitchen/ breakfast room and, am so pleased with the result. Ray and Garry are very professional and very skilled at what they do. They are a team that, you can really 'Work with' and, check with you regularly about things that they are doing. They are also happy to liase with other trades if necessary [eg, I had someone else to lay the 'Flooring' and, someone else to put the granite worktop in].They are friendly and polite and, will go the 'Extra Mile' to meet a clients needs. I was extremely impressed with 'This Team' and, their attention to detail at all times. A huge 'Thank You', Ray and Garry plus, the twins too.

Couldn't be happier with my wet room, it suits my quirky little cottage perfectly. Ray and Gary have done a fab job, highly recommended and will definitely use them again in the future

We first used Batts Building and Decorating for tiling our kitchen, and have since used them for flooring throughout downstairs, patio, complete refit of downstairs toilet and more recently complete refit of our bathroom. Ray and Gary are friendly, reliable and completely trustworthy. They have a keen eye for detail and have always exceeded our expectations in whatever they do. We always know that no matter how big or small the job is, it will always be completed with the same amount of care and attention. We will continue to use Batts Building and Decorating for future home improvements and would highly recommend them to anyone.
