The building company is run by myself Scott Fenton. I started working for a well established builder in Canterbury, Kent. Who had at the time clocked up over 30 years of experience in the construction industry himself, passed on all his building expertise on to a very keen to learn, hard-working young man. Ultimate Building services was then accepted into The NHBC and The Guild Of Master Craftsmen thereafter. Now we have successfully constructed seven new build homes along side projects as large as Hotel conversions into 17 flats.
