When i am not driving lorries, i am an East Mids Ambulance Service Comunity First Responder. Following a delivery i made to Ishida this morning i posted the following words on my facebook feed and it sums up just how impressed i was by them and thier attitude to the wellbeing of thier staff and the wider community! Just delivered here and id like to highly commend this company as they have three sites on this estate, each equipped with its own defibrillator. Ive started to notice that a growing number of firms are putting them in the workplace now and that can only be a good thing. Also, when i explained to the site manager that if he registered them with WMAS, thier defibs would be put on an app that would enable the ambulance service to direct members of the public to them in an emergency, he logged on his computer and got the details there and then! Excellent visit, they were fast, friendly, professional and careful unloading my wagon-i wish as a wagon driver and as a First Responder that all companies were as good as this.
