Established in 1965 as a family-run business in the Halifax area. Our company was established as a cabinet maker and joinery business over 50 years ago; joinery has been at the heart of what we do at Hutton and Cawood. After a period of sustained growth, the company moves into the 21st Century with a host of large projects, an expanding client base, and doubling our staff. Hutton & Cawood continues to provide range of building and joinery work, and emerges from the recession in a strong position as one of West Yorkshire's leading building and joinery contractors.
Hutton & Cawood is a family business based in the Halifax area. Formed as a local joinery business in 1965, 2015 marked our 50th anniversary of trading. The founders of Hutton & Cawood are long retired, but their sons and daughter in law are now on the board of directors keeping the family tradition alive, offering quality building and joinery contracting services throughout England. Hutton & Cawood are the top building contractors in the Halifax area and provide a comprehensive range of building and joinery work throughout the whole of the country.
They have built two houses for me to date. Both are well built and fitted out to a very high standard. Their employees are first rate, as is their management. A local, friendly, good value for money company.
