After working on a sub contract basis for over 35 years we decided to establish a small family run company and we became Gary Malcolm Builders. We pride ourselves in providing a friendly and reliable service whilst always retaining the personal touch. We have full public liability insurance and all our tradesmen work within the regulatory requirements, i.e. our Plumbers are 'Gas Safe' registered and Electrician is 'Part P' registered, so you can be assured that every aspect of your project is undertaken by a fully qualified professional.
Gary is a polite, hardworking, local builder who has completed the extension of my home to the highest quality. Gary performed the role of project manager in regards to organising the other team members such as electricians, plumbers, plasterers and roofers. Gary has done an incredible job in terms of dealing with the problems that come with working on such an old property. He also fixed problems before I knew they were problems! I would recommend Gary to both friend and family who want work doing. Both Gary and his team were highly professional and have completed the job in a short period of time. Gary gave me the numbers of all the team who were working with him, they were highly responsive and kept my in the loop in terms of what the next stage of the build would be. he has also done a fabulous job in flagging the garden and building a wall.
