C N Joinery and Construction has gone from strength to strength in the past decade with a reputation as exceptional as the projects within its portfolio. Owner, Colin Nelson, started the business at the tender age of 18 after he tried to buy his first property but couldn't find a lender who would offer him a mortgage. When a bank agreed to a loan for a plot of land instead, Colin grabbed the opportunity with both hands. He bought the site, designed and built his first property in Seaforde, County Down which was a sign of bright beginnings for him and his company.
