Absolutely brilliant store & lovey friendly staff! We purchased our sofa 4 years ago & thought we would nip back in today to look for a tv stand unfortunately they didn't have one that fit our certain measurements however the lady (sorry can't remember name) was super helpful going through booklets of products, asked lots of questions about our specifications & then when we couldn't find what we needed even let us keep our car in there parking space to nip over to another shop with a baby & toddler too! finally found one & will be back to buy ornaments soon thank you again
Thank you so much. I visited this store today with my 2 children as we are moving house and needed some bit. Customer service was amazing. Lady and man at the till were brilliant and man with beard on the shop floor was extremely helpful and great with my kids. Needless to say I found exactly what I was looking for and paid my deposit and arranged installments to pay of the rest. Nothing was to much trouble for this fabulous team.
