Lantei engineers service every type of extinguisher from water and powder to foam and wet chemical. We will make you aware of redundant extinguishers and supply and install fresh equipment. We do NOT charge you a premium for three-phase circuits, and base costings on a single circuit. The service includes visual inspection and physical testing conducted on the entire electrical system. We began working with Hemlow in 2015, and over the years, our partnership has gone from strength to strength. We deliver a complete solution from Fixed Wire and PAT Testing, to Thermal Imaging and corrective works. In 2019, we embarked on a journey with Maintenance Management Limited (MML) with a goal to fulfil the complex contract, delivering our specialist electrical testing services to their portfolio of properties. Initially, we were contracted to deliver Electrical Installation Reports across a selection of their sites, but this soon progressed as our client began to make great use of the specialist services we have to offer.

Lantei first began their partnership with Alliance Healthcare in 2013 when their Preston site required Electrical Testing. Following this we complete Remedial Works to repair any defects discovered as a result.

We don't just want to ensure the integrity of your fixed electrical system, but also your portable appliances. Lantei engineers are equipped with Apollo testers, which can store up to 50,000 assets, 2,000 visual inspection images and rapidly transfer data, making the process thorough yet fast. We go the extra mile for our clients, marking each appliance with a pass or fail label (in accordance with the 4th Edition Code of Practice) to indicate further action required. According to HSE, The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require that any electrical equipment that has the potential to cause injury is maintained in a safe condition.

Upon completion of your testing, we will issue you with a list of observations, making it easy to identify each fault and the level of risk to your property. We will assign you a remedial specialist as your point of contact, providing solutions to your electrical maintenance. All our remedial work is carried out to the IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) to ensure that your electrical systems are free from potential hazards.

We want to test the electrical infrastructure of your building without operational downtime. The introduction of our TEGG service means we can compile comprehensive compliance reports, using specialist non-intrusive equipment, without operational interruption on your energised system. Combining this service with Lantei's specialist electrical testing service, forms the optimal compliance solution. A digital reference image and thermal image is taken for each individual component as well as issuing a unique reference number in the software.
