Cummins love to rip owner operators off. Do not buy anything Cummins. Their shops take advantage of self employed truck drivers. Doing unnecessary mechanical work. And charging the owner operators for work that didn't need to be done. Then when you call and complain. Their customer service praises themselves for working on the unnecessary work that was done on your truck. I'm still waiting on $2509. Check. From cummins Columbus Lyman dr. Columbus Ohio. The manager was Josh.

I have an X15 565 and only makes 28lbs of boost and 3.8mpg, is by far the worst Cummins on the market it is I. A 2018 KW T680

Wondering if anyone have had the turbo go bad in a 2010 and up ram 3500 6.7 service code P0003A. Options adjusting the vane within the turbo, replacing the vgt actuator or getting a whole brand new turbo assembly $$$. 2014 ram 3500 144k

Want to let everyone know what kind of service one gets from Edmonton Cummins. Took my truck into get a wiring problem to a sensor fixed this appointment was set up by the rep in Winnipeg. I took the truck in Tuesday morning and got call about 11 am. They informed me that I needed a new engine wiring harness and that the bill would be $2468. This included a $400 wiring harness and 7 hours labour. Now this doesn't add up too $2400 dollars this adds up to about 1700 to1800. I called around the book rate for this job is 3.5 hrs. Edmonton Cummins wouldn't do this saying they couldn't do it for under 5 hrs. I took my truck to Saskatoon Cummins Tuesday night for Wednesday morning. I bought the wiring harness at Saskatoon Kenworth for $404. I then went to Cummins. They did the job in 1 1/2 hrs. for a total of $ 297. which is about all it should be. Thank you very much Saskatoon Cummins your service is appreciated. Edmonton Cummins your shop is certainly lacking in customer care it is absolutely not right that a customer that lives in the immediate Edmonton area has to go not only out of town but out of province to get his work done but so he can get it done at a reasonable rate. Not only do you overcharge but when you were asked ti keep the part I needed to get truck fixed and you said you would keep it to I picked up truck you sold it to an outside shop completely unacceptable shame on you Edmonton Cummins.
